EXHIBITION   

The committee will organize an exhibition in conjunction with the congress, featuring the latest pharmaceutical, instrumentations, and medical equipment for clinical managements and research. Companies interested in participating in the exhibition may request for details from the congress secretariat. The exhibition will be opened from 08.00 – 17.00, 28th – 30th of April 2010. The exhibition will take place at the exhibition hall.

LETTER OF INVITATION

The organizing committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangement and does not imply any commitment of financial or other support by the organizing committee. Please include your name, address, and a note requesting a letter of invitation.

VISA   

United Arab Emirates grants visa on arrival favor to following countries to be able to purchase the visa on arrival facility upon their arrival in UAE’s designed “International Gateway” at airports and seaports.

They are: All countries of European Union, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, USA.

5 countries and territories are eligible for a “Visa Free” facility. Those nationals holding valid passports from the following countries will be granted a non-extendable 30-day Visa-Free Short Visit Permit upon arrival at an UAE international gateway without charge: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Other nationals that are not granted with either visa on arrival favor nor visa free favor from UAE government may apply for tourist visa at UAE embassy abroad.

LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER   

The organizing committee shall not be held liable for personal accidents, illness, loses, or damage to private property of registered delegates of the congress, during and after the event. Participant is finally responsible for any damage sustained venue fittings, property or equipment. Participants are strongly recommended to seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage and trip cancellation.
