REGISTRATION FEE
All scientific registrants, including those presenting a free paper, must register as full members and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee has received the respective registration fee. To register, complete and mail the registration form together with your payment to the congress secretariat. Payment method can be through bank transfer of credit card (visa and master card only). |

Written cancellation notice is required and be settled after the congress. Written cancellation received before:

HOTEL RESERVATION |
|
| |
Hotel assignment will be made on a “First Come First Serve Basis”. If a certain hotel has been booked out, the OC has the right to allocate another hotel with a similar standard. Applications for hotel reservation should be made on the Hotel Reservation Form through the SECRETARIAT CONGRESS. The mentioned room fees include breakfast and taxes for single occupancy. |
